Three steps

Membership runs for the calendar year and gets you into the championship, the paddock and the support that comes with it.

Fill in the form

Download the 2026 membership form, choose Standard or REC membership, and add any extras you want.

Download the form

Pay the fee

Bank transfer to the account printed on the form. Keep the receipt, you will need to send it with the form.

Membership

Which membership?

Both options include a garage name board, two race car door numbers, front and rear class decals, a windscreen banner, a crew neck t-shirt and a cap.

Standard — $495 inc GST. Round fees of $165 are charged on top, per round. You enter each meeting yourself.
REC — $5,830 inc GST. Covers race entry fees and round fees for all five state rounds, and we enter each meeting on your behalf.

Extras available on the form: side numbers, window banners, caps, t-shirts and polos.

Before your first round

What else you need

A competition licence

You will need a Motorsport Australia competition licence. Tell us where you are up to and we will point you at the right level.

A car

An R53 Cooper S built to Cooper Class spec, or a more developed Mini for Unlimited. Buy one ready to race or build your own.

An entry

Enter the round through the organising club. On REC membership we do that part for you.

The car

Get a SuperMini

The Cooper Class car is a BMW R53 Cooper S built to the series spec, while the Unlimited Class welcomes faster, more developed Minis. There are two ways to get one:

Buy one — ready-to-race SuperMinis come up for sale on my105, Australia's race car marketplace, and we list them here when members are selling.
Build your own — start with an eligible R53 Cooper S and build it to the published specifications.
